Individual Therapy
60 minutes: $105 CAD
First 6 sessions $80 each No commitment required, to be used within 3 months
A warm, heart-centered experience that incorporates my training in Transpersonal Counselling, Bowen Family Systems, somatic skills, experiential & relational modalities, Hand-in-Hand Parenting (as applicable) and decolonial mind-frames. Experience a tender space where you can rewire old patterns and find more aliveness and clarity.

Somatic Psychology
60 minutes: $105 CAD

Using elements of Somatic Experiencing, Somatic EMDR, and mindfulness, we’ll tap into the wisdom of the body to complete cycles and patterns that keep you dysregulated.
Learn somatic skills to help you come back into balance, renegotiate stress and trauma, soften reactivity, and alleviate physical symptoms.
